From Outline to Authentic Content: Writing That Sounds Like You

Welcome back, coach 👋

In Part One, we showed you how to use AI to generate a month’s worth of content ideas in minutes.

In Part Two, we built out full outlines and video scripts from those ideas — giving you a foundation to work from.

Now it’s time for Part Three:

Turning your AI outline into finished, authentic content that actually sounds like you.

Let’s make the writing part feel fun, fast, and authentic.

Step 1: Feed the AI Your Outline + Voice

Open your favourite AI tool (like ChatGPT or Jasper) and paste in your outline.

Then give the AI a bit of voice guidance, like this:

Here’s my outline. Please write this post in a friendly, down-to-earth tone — like a coach who’s talking directly to their client. Use simple language and keep it under 300 words.”

You can also add:

“Use short sentences and line breaks for readability.”
“Include 2-3 emojis to keep it casual.”
“Make sure it ends with a soft call to action like: ‘Let me know if this resonates.’”

Boom. You’ve got a solid first draft.

Step 2: Coach the AI Like You’d Coach a Client

Read the draft and ask yourself:

  • Does this sound like me?
  • Would I actually say this out loud?
  • Is the message clear and aligned with my values?

If something feels off, just give feedback like:

“This is great! But let’s make it sound more personal — less like a copywriter and more like a coach who’s been through this journey.”

Treat AI like your assistant — it’s not perfect, but it’s coachable.

Step 3: Add Your Magic — The Little Details That Make It Yours

Now layer in your stories, phrases, or real-life moments.

This could be:

  • A personal anecdote
  • A favourite mantra you always share with clients
  • Something that happened in a coaching session (anonymized, of course)

These human touches are what make your content powerful.

Bonus Tip: Create a “Voice Template” for Future Posts

Once you’ve refined a post that really sounds like you, save it as a template.

Label it:
“This Is What My Voice Sounds Like.”

Next time you write with AI, use that post as a sample so your assistant can keep nailing your tone every time.

You’re Closer Than You Think

The hardest part about writing is getting started.

With AI, your job isn’t to write from scratch — it’s to shape and guide the message.

And when you pair that with your personal coaching voice?

You create content that connects and converts. Fast.
